Welcome to the First Qatar International Thoracic Conference 2024!

Dear Esteemed Participants,

We are thrilled to extend our warmest welcome to the inaugural Qatar International Thoracic Conference, scheduled for three days, starting from 15 to 17 February 2024, at the Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel. This significant event marks the very first conference dedicated to thoracic medicine to be held in Qatar.

For the first time in Qatar's medical history, we gather experts, professionals, and enthusiasts in Respiratory Medicine, Thoracic Surgery, Thoracic radiology and Pediatric Pulmonary for an extraordinary exchange of knowledge and experiences. With an estimated attendance of 500 participants, this event promises to be a landmark gathering that will shape the future of thoracic medicine in the region. One of the highlights of our conference is the opportunity to earn Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits, that will be announced soon.

Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC), the main provider of secondary and tertiary healthcare in Qatar and one of the leading hospital providers in the Middle East, dedicated to delivering the safest, most effective, and compassionate care to all its patients, proudly organizes the Qatar International Thoracic Conference. Our commitment to pioneering medical advancements aligns perfectly with the historic nature of this conference.

Over these three days, we look forward to fostering collaboration, sharing cutting-edge research, and celebrating Qatar's collective pursuit of excellence in Respiratory Medicine.

Once again, welcome to the Inaugural Qatar International Thoracic Conference 2024. Your presence here is a testament to your commitment to advancing healthcare in our region and contribution to the growth and development of thoracic medicine in Qatar and beyond.
