Call for Abstract (oral and poster presentations)


We are pleased to invite abstracts for oral and poster presentations for the International Conference on Employee Wellbeing and Workplace Health 2025 (ICEWWH 2025). The theme for this year's conference is "Enhancing Employee Wellbeing through a Solution-Focused Approach." We seek oral and poster presentations that align with this theme and the subthemes of the conference, providing participants with hands-on, interactive, and skill-based training.

  1. The Science of Employee Wellbeing & Workplace Health: Insights from the Latest Empirical Research.
  2. Solution-Focused Interventions: Practical Applications for Improving Mental Health and Wellbeing at Work.
  3. Solution focused Approaches in Organisational Transformation
  4. Measuring and Assessing Wellbeing: Advanced Tools and Techniques for Organizational Insight.
  5. Preventing Employee Burnout: Sustainable Strategies for Long-Term Wellbeing.
  6. Integrating Emotional Intelligence and Mental Health Support in Leadership Development.
  7. Designing Workspaces that Foster Wellbeing: Ergonomics, Inclusivity, and Health.
  8. Case Studies of Successful Wellbeing Programs: Lessons from Diverse Global Organizations.
  9. The Role of Technology in Employee Wellbeing: Innovations in Remote Work, AI, and Digital Solutions.

Guidelines for Oral presentation

  • Abstracts should align with the theme or subthemes of the conference.
  • Presenters must be registered attendees of the conference.
  • The time slot for oral presentations is 15 minutes, which includes a 10-minute presentation and 5 minutes of discussion. If the oral presentation is a representation of a research study, include the following: Introduction/Background, Aim/Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion, Recommendation/ Implication, and Acknowledgments.

Guidelines for Poster presentation

  • Abstracts should align with the theme or subthemes of the conference.
  • Presenters must be registered attendees of the conference.
  • The poster must be A0 portrait oriented. (841*1189 mm)
  • Prioritize visuals, such as figures, graphs, and diagrams, to make them the main focus of the poster, with minimal supporting text.
  • The poster should contain the following elements:

    a) Title
    b) Author(s), with affiliation and email 
    c) If the poster is a representation of a research study, include the following: Introduction/Background, Aim/Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion, Recommendation/ Implication, and Acknowledgments.

  • The title should be a prominent feature of the poster, concise and engaging to capture interest. Use a large, readable font (recommended minimum size: 85–100 pt) to ensure visibility from a distance.
  • Make section headings distinct and readable, using a font size of 55–70 pt to help viewers easily navigate the content.
  • Keep body text clear and concise, with a recommended font size of 30–40 pt to ensure readability from approximately 2 meters away.
  • Prepare a poster pitch of three minutes at the very most, in which you can walk your audience through the most important results of your poster.
  • Upon receiving the acceptance email or notification of your abstract, please print the poster in the prescribed size.
