Kimberly is a talented, dynamic organizational psychologist with over 20 years of experience in organizational development, change processes, and strategic implementation. She has worked with Language of Caring and Planetree since 2015 and is currently the Vice President of Quality and Evaluation. Kimberly earned her Doctorate in Organizational Psychology—Leadership and Executive Coaching from Ashford University and published a chapter in the AJN’s top rated leadership book for 2022.
