In support of improving patient experience, Hamad Medical Corporation will provide continuing professional development credit hours for delegates attending the Patient Experience Forum.
This activity has undergone approval from the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners* (QCHP) - Accreditation Department as an Accredited Group Learning Activity Category 1 as defined by the QCHP. The maximum of CPD hours approved is 15.25 hours.
Credit hours are based on attendance per session for each day; delegates need to attend at least 80% of a session in order to qualify for the CPD hours.
Each delegate name badge has a chip that will monitor attendance per session, as per corporate policy.
* QCHP is a non-profit government body that regulates the healthcare practice and medical education in State of Qatar.

To learn from the experience of HMC facilities undergoing Planetree Certification and the standards on person centered care, based on actual hands-on experience through the use of various methodologies, tools and techniques.

To identify special health populations and relate to the important needs that will impact on tailoring healthcare offerings and services to achieve person centered experience.
