Patient Experience Forum Registration
Thank you for your interest in Qatar’s first Patient Experience Forum which will be held from 16 to 17 November 2019 at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Doha.
Registration is open to all interested delegates who can register under the following categories:

Administrators - senior managers/executives and healthcare administrators

Students/trainees/interns/medical residents

Registration Rates
The registration rates are outlined in the table below. You can register and pay by credit card online through the conference registration website link.
A 50% discount on the prices in the table below is available to administrators, doctors, nurses and allied health professionals working for local government employers who register with a valid email address issued by:

CPD Credit Hours
In support of improving patient care, Hamad Medical Corporation will provide continuing professional development credit hours for delegates attending the Patient Experience Forum. Credit hours are based on attendance per session for each day; delegates need to attend at least 80% of a session in order to qualify for the CPD hours. The maximum approved CPD hours will be announced shortly.
Students / Trainees / Interns & Medical Residents
Registrants in this category who attend the conference will be eligible to receive an attendance certificate. CPD hours will not be awarded.
Poster Presenters
Accepted poster submitters will be invited to register as poster presenters and will be awarded with the equivalent CPD hours.
Pay in Person for Patient Experience Forum 2019
It’s now easier than ever to join some of the world’s leading patient experience experts at Qatar’s first-ever Patient Experience Forum. Cash payments are now being accepted at CPESE (Building 324, 3rd Floor) and the Corporate Communications Department (Building 319, 4th Floor) from Sundays to Thursdays, 8am – 2pm until 14 November 2019. Furthermore and for your convenience, a registration and payment station will be set up in Bayt Al Dhiyafah on 11 and 12 November from 10am to 6pm where cash payment will be accepted.
