A nurse with a Master's Degree by profession, started my career as an ICU nurse then moved to being a quality specialist with a combined experience of 10 years in the healthcare field. A certified professional in patient safety, healthcare quality and patient experience. A fellow to the international society of healthcare quality and a TeamSTEPPS master trainer.  Finished Patient Experience Leadership Course through a distant learning program by the Beryl Institute last 2017. Passed the Certified Patient Experience Professional Exam by Patient Experience Institute on the same year. Created a course entitled "Enhancing Patient Experience in Healthcare" with approved 6.25 CDP points by QCHP, the first of its kind in Qatar.
