Joe Hennessy

Dr. Joe Hennessy

Dr. Joe is a Specialist Orthodontist in Dundrum, Dublin, Ireland. Dr. Joe qualified as a dentist from Trinity College Dublin in 2008, obtaining a First Class Honours degree and winning the Sheldon Friel Prize for the overall highest grade in his final exams.

 He worked in hospitals in Ireland and the UK before returning to Dublin to Trinity College to complete a three-year orthodontic training programme. 

In 2015, he attained a Clinical Doctorate in Orthodontics from Trinity College and completed his membership exams at the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh and Fellowship Exams at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.

He is an Orthodontic Supervisor in the Dublin Dental University Hospital and Vice Dean/Honorary Treasurer of the RCSI Faculty of Dentistry. Dr. Joe is the Lead Examiner for the FFD in Orthodontics for the RCSI.
