With great pleasure, I welcome you to the First Qatar Breast and Reconstruction Conference (QBRC) in the vibrant city of Doha.
This conference represents a significant step towards fostering broader collaboration among breast and general surgeons interested in breast surgery in the GCC and Middle East. It also establishes Oncoplastic Breast Surgery as an independent discipline, an idea that our region has not widely recognized.
The conference will provide a valuable opportunity for regional stakeholders to share their individualized experiences, enabling participants to learn from each other and grow collectively.
Our keynote speakers will feature renowned experts who have made significant contributions and innovations in Oncoplastic and Reconstructive Surgery, with a particular focus on the GCC and Middle East region.
As always, our ultimate goal is to strive for excellence for all.
