- Is there a limit on the number of abstracts one person can submit?
Yes. Each participant may submit a maximum of two (2) abstracts.
- Can the same person present multiple accepted abstracts at the congress?
Yes, a presenting author may present up to two (2) accepted abstracts at the congress.
- Are there travel grants or funding opportunities available for participants?
No travel grants or funding opportunities are currently available, for either domestic or international participants.
- Are there registration fee waivers or discounts for medical students?
Student registration is set at QAR 100 (approx. USD 30). This fee covers lunch and tea breaks throughout the conference.
- What are the registration fees for different categories of participants?
• Physicians (full registration): QAR 500
• Nurses and Allied Health Professionals: QAR 300
All registration fees cover lunch and tea breaks throughout the conference.
- Does the congress provide accommodation support for presenters?
Accommodation is not provided by the congress. However, discounted hotel rates will be made available for both domestic and international participants. The list of partner hotels will be updated on the website soon.
