Thalib is Head of the Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) Institutional Review Board's operations in the Medical Research Centre. He has over 10 years of experience working at HMC and additional experiences in the GCC region. He is certified as an Association of Clinical Research Professional (ACRP) and obtained his Masters' degree in Clinical Research and Public Health from Warwick University, UK.
