Overall Aim & Learning Objectives

The Interprofessional Post-Simulation Reflective Learning Conversations (IPS-RLC) is a half-day workshop designed for instructors, facilitators, educators, and healthcare practitioners likely to be involved in facilitating Simulation-Based Education (SBE) incorporating reflective learning conversations as a debriefing method. The workshop aims to enhance active learning and learner-centeredness for interprofessional education with different learners’, seniority, background, and competence, in a multicultural learning environment. Attending the workshop will enable you to explore how to effectively facilitate Interprofessional post-simulation reflective learning conversations during which clinical reasoning, judgment, decision-making, and critical thinking are optimized without putting learners at risk of cognitive overload.​
