Elizabeth Thiebe

Liz began her career as a Registered Nurse in Boston, Massachusetts. She has worked as Director of Surgery for a large integrated delivery system in Massachusetts; through this role Liz developed expertise in facility design, efficiency and patient-centered care. She led the design teams for many new buildings and hospitals, including a large private finance initiative (PFI) in Coventry, UK Liz has worked at the NHS Institute as Head of the Productive Series, which included leading the development of the Productive Ward and Productive Community Hospital. She has applied her practical management and leadership skills to the discipline of leadership development as Director for Leadership Development at The King's Fund.
