Advisor & Executive Director of Center for Patient Experience & Staff Engagement (CPESE)


Currently the Advisor & Executive Director of Center for Patient Experience & Staff Engagement (CPESE), Adil has held various roles in HMC over the past 11 years.  As Head of PMO for CPESE, Adil was responsible for complete project management and rollout of the award winning Nesma'ak Customer Services program at HMC and several health improvement programs in the areas of dentistry, OPD, and surgery.

A Planetree Fellow in Person-Centered Care and with an MSc. In Global Management from the University of Salford, a certified Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB) and a chartered Master Project Manager, Adil's experience spans over 23 years in healthcare operations, patient experience, consulting, and management.
