I have a Masters' degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from the University of Perpignan Via Domitia /France
I worked in several countries in the traditional hotel industry.
In 2015, I joined the Hospitality Department in HMC where "Healthcare delivery meets Hospitality and enhances Patient Experience"
In 2018, I joined the Quality Management Education Program as a facilitator for the Hospitality team.
In 2019, I became a coach for the Hospitality Department in the National Value Improvement Program. Since then, I have been leading and involved in many QI projects within the department which has an impact across HMC Facilities
