Mr. Iyad is Head Nurse/Case Management in Patient Flow Department in Surgical Specialty Center at Hamad General Hospital (HGH), Qatar's largest hospital and a tertiary academic medical center.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Jordan 2000.
He worked at Jordan hospital from 2000 till 2004.
Iyad joined HMC on 2004 as bedside nurse working in inpatient unit.
2011 he was promoted to work in Case Management Department as Charge Nurse/ Case Manager.
2015 he was promoted to Head Nurse in Case Management Department and in the present time working as a Head Nurse in Patient Flow Department in SSC-HMC.
Iyad is dedicated to the Nursing Profession and Patient flow activities and committed to professional values and culture of excellence, quality outcomes and collaborative practice.
He assisted with his team various initiatives such as opening Discharge Lounge in SSC, Member of Complex Care Team in HGH and Nursing Lead Discharge (NLD) project.
