Dr James has diverse experience with a passion for supporting people in their Quality Improvement journey.
The fundamental principles of respecting people and continuous improvement, from ‘The Toyota Way’, have been a major influence in his life. Bringing this to his work, within the Quality and Patient Safety domain, coaching his team or working with patients or colleagues, continuous improvement is Dr James’ goal for himself and those around him.
Proudly an IHI Improvement Advisor, with a never-too-late enthusiasm for learning more about W. Edwards Deming and how his teaching can be applied today.
