Ms. Jisha is Head Nurse in Patient Flow Department, Surgical Specialty Center, Hamad General Hospital, Qatar’s largest hospital and a tertiary academic medical center.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G. R Medical University, Chennai, India and Master’s in Health Care Management from Sikkim Manipal University, India. She holds a Post Graduate in Critical Care Nursing from Medvarsity and also holds Diploma in Software Management. Prior to joining HMC in 2003 she worked at Apollo Hospitals, India. In 2017 she was one of the speakers for the Middle East Forum for the session Reducing delays in the care of medical patients.
Jisha is dedicated to the Nursing Profession and Patient flow activities and committed to professional values and culture of excellence, quality outcomes and collaborative practice. Helps the management in gaining visibility of hospital’s capacity and demand to drive improved patient access and quality care outcomes.
