Ms. Kiat-Floro has over 27 years’ experience in Education, Clinical Practice and Leadership roles in various settings in the United States and Middle East. She co-leads the Sidra Sepsis Program and currently an Educator for Professional Practice at Sidra Medicine responsible for the onboarding and professional development of nursing staff and clinical lead for eLearning instructional design build. Ms. Kiat-Floro received Master of Business Administration- HealthCare Management (MBA) and Master of Science-Nursing (MSN) from University of Phoenix, USA. She currently serves in the American Association of Nursing Professional Development (ANPD): Scope & Standards workgroup to publish the 2022 4th edition NPD: Scope & Standards book.
