Ms. Nadya Al-Anzi

Community Nursing Lead for COVID-19 Quarantine Facilities, Non-Quarantine and Isolation Facilities
Ms. Nadya have a master’s degree in Public Administration with specialization in Public Policy. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Nursing Science at Qatar University. In addition, she obtained her Business Management, HR Management and Public Relation Diploma from Cambridge Training College in the United Kingdom. Her qualifications made her developed an interest to do post-graduation studies in Executive Business Management from ILM. She completed her Leadership Program from Qatari Leadership Centre and Leadership for Change as well. She is an accomplished professional with many years of experience in healthcare mainly in the community healthcare setting. She became the first Qatari Case Manager responsible for both In-patient and Community patients and developed the process to support nurses in the community. She’s also one of the pioneers who established the Home Healthcare Service (HHCS) which is one of the first community services in the Middle East to be JCIA accredited. Currently, she is the Executive Director of PNS & HHCS.
Ms. Nadya has been instrumental in HHCS and PNS achieving the Planetree Gold Standard in Person Centered Care Certification. She is passionate about enhancing high-quality community healthcare in Qatar and to achieve this through promoting evidence-based staff training and education supported by mentoring programs.
Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ms. Nadya was involved in the taskforce responsible for nursing care and was appointed Community Nursing Lead for COVID-19 facilities.
