Sadaf Riaz

Sadaf Riaz is currently a Clinical Pharmacist and medication safety officer at Mental Health Services. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and certified by ASHP/ISMP in medication safety. She received her formal training in Pharmacy from Islamabad where she received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree after which she continued her academic journey and obtained a Master of Pharmacy degree from Qatar University. Her day-to-day responsibilities have led her to be a part of numerous quality improvement initiatives in the areas of medication reconciliation, adverse drug reactions, medication errors and near misses and telepharmacy.
