I am Saddam Alrwashdh, skilled medical professional with more than 18 years, my portfolio is rich with diverse experiences includes key roles in both clinical and non-clinical fields.
My objectives are to be a creative member in the team and excited to use my experience to improve workplace I will be.
I joined Hamad medical corporation (HMC) in Qatar in 2012 as a quality improvement reviewer.
I have many responsibilities for example but not limited to, manage and assist the quality improvement and patient safety team to establish, design, measurement and evaluation performance initiatives and indicators. In addition to regulatory, accreditation tasks (I served as JCI coordinator for more than 5 years).
Prior to HMC, I was a head of health service management department at Institute of Health science (IHS) in KSA between 2008-2011, during my tenure, I had established curriculums of several textbook and lecturer for several topics for quality and health services management.
Between 2002- 2007, I worked in different accredited hospitals in Jordan.
My scholarly and practical interests are mostly focused on studies and research’s related to quality improvement and assurance, they are very interesting, satisfy my intellectual curiosity.
As research is my passion, I have participated in many research’s and projects and published several papers in peer-reviewed Journals along many un-published reports.
