Saif Mohammed Mirzaman Khan




Currently working as A/Assistant Executive Director at Center for Patient Experience & Staff Engagement (CPESE) at HMC. In addition to his role as a member of the core team involved in the formation of CPESE and HHQI, Saif has the experience of working with the Tertiary Hospitals Group and Neuroscience Institute at HMC. In his experience of more than 13 years in healthcare, Saif has worked on various strategically fundamental projects and programs. Currently, he leads the Person-Centered Care Program across HMC sites. He is responsible for the partnership between HMC and Qatar Post to deliver medications and supplies to patients at their homes. Saif holds a fellowship in Person-Centered Care. He is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner, Project Management Professional, Certified ‘Train the Trainer’ for Compassionate Human Interactions, Auditor for Person-Centered Care Programs and Improvement Leader from Institute of Healthcare Improvement. He has a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Services.
