Identified gaps

1

The DHP CPD requirements introduced on 7/3/2016 require careful planning of educational activities to high educational standards, and full understanding of the standards in order to assess activities for accreditation. This is a marked change from our previous system and lack of standards, and is a complex system. The staff are not aware of these new changes.

2

The staff need the skills to plan and deliver the CPD activity according to DHP requirements.
