Patient and Visitor Service Centers (PVSC) can be found close to the main entrance to the Hospital and at the entrances to the Outpatient, Emergency, Pediatric Emergency and Dental Departments. PVSC staff can also be found roaming in all parts of the hospital. The Patient and Visitor Service is a point of contact for patients, family and visitors to ask questions, seek information, make comments or express any concerns. The service is open from 7am to 3pm, from Sunday to Thursday and the team has been specially trained to meet the needs of patients and the public by providing them with information, guidance and assistance. You can also be assured that all your discussions with PVSC representatives are private and confidential.
