Dr. Mai AL-Qubaisi is a neonatologist in Women’s Hospital, part of Hamad Medical Corporation. Dr. Al-Qubaisi joined HMC in 2002 after getting her MD in the Arabian Gulf University in Bahrain. She got her Arab board specialization in pediatrics in 2007 and had her neonatal perinatal perinatal fellowship at the Hospital for Sick Children’s in Canada in 2012. Dr. AL-Qubaisi interested in the neonatal cardiac hemodynamic and functional Echocardiogram and she finished her training at the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles in 2015 Dr. Al-Qubaisi undertook the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and the HMC Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Fellowship on 2015 and is a member of faculty for HMC’s Best Care Always Campaign.
