2002 Graduated from Jordan University for Science and Technology (JUST) with a bachelor’s degree in nursing.2021 Graduated from Leicester university - the UK with a Master’s degree in (Human Resource Management and Training MSc). Has vast experience (More than 21years) in Trauma and Emergency nursing fields in leadership skills combined with clinical knowledge and practice. Has 11 years’ experience in Trauma and Emergency Hamad General hospital (HGH) - HMC. Participated as speaker in various national and international activities for HMC (WACEM 2018, IHI-ME forum 2018, Trauma nursing Grand round 2018 & 2019, HGH -ED educational forum 2018), Facilitator in Qatar health 2021, and member of the nursing committee for Qatar health 2023 preparedness, and in the scientific committee for the 2nd trauma and ortho symposium. Active Member in the scientific committee for various Trauma service activities, symposiums, conferences, and Grand rounds. Also, a presenter in Trauma Nursing Foundation Program. Link leader in trauma service unit research, co-investigator for researches, and a reviewer in JEMTAC. Has GIC license, Instructor for ATCN, HMIMMS, Trauma foundation program, and MIMS courses. Received Many Awards, Recognition, and appreciation for his achievement and dedication to teamwork with a high level of leadership performance.
