- Nurses and midwives are eligible to submit their abstracts.
- Abstracts must be submitted based on the identified themes. Multiple submissions can be accepted from a participating individual or team
- The abstract must reflect the author's original work, either published or non-published, which has been undertaken within the last 5 years.
- Abstracts must be submitted in English and checked for grammar and plagiarism. Grammar and plagiarism reports must be included with the submission.
- Full names of the author(s) and their affiliations must be provided. The presenting author must be listed as the first author.
- A 2x2 cm colored photo and 100-word biography of the presenter must be attached.
- Abstract title must be concise and is limited to 20 words.
- The abstract must not exceed 250 words, excluding the title, keywords, author's information, and references. A maximum of 5 keywords is allowed.
- The abstract must include:
- Introduction/background
- Aims/ Objectives
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
- Submissions must include a digital copy of all presentation materials (slides, handouts, and conflict of interest statements, and Project confirmation).
- The APA 7th edition reference system must be used.
- The content must not promote personal or commercial products or services.
- A description of the types of interactive activities the presenter(s) will use to engage learners must be included (40-word limit).
- Presentations must reflect the principles of adult learning to engage the audience and help them to learn effectively.
- Presenters are encouraged to consider what approach works best for their content.

Oral Presentation Guidelines
Register for the Conference
- Along with the notice of acceptance, a registration link will be sent to the submitting author.
- Full names of the author/s, affiliations and short biography, and conflict of interest document must be provided. The presenting author must be listed as the first author.
Prepare and submit the presentation
- Presentation must be prepared in English using the official template provided.
- Overheads or slides must be large (preferably Arial 32) and easy to read. Graphs, tables, or illustrations must be legible and clear.
- Slides must have high contrast colors such as backgrounds with light text or light backgrounds with dark text.
- The presentation must include:
- Presenter’s Information (Professional Picture and Biography)
- Presentation Title
- Learning Objectives
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure
- Background of the Study
- Aims/Objectives
- Methodology
- Results and Discussion
- Implication to Current and Future Practice

- In compliance with CPD requirements, an interactive activity must be integrated in presentation.
- Selected presenter who failed to send confirmation by sending the presentation on November 2024 will be removed from the program of the symposium.
Onsite Presentation
- Selected presenters are required to present their paper in person.
- Organize the presentation according to time allocation.
- Each presenter is given 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for question and answer though the panel discussion. Timings will be strictly adhered to.
- Presentation must be delivered in English.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
Register for the conference
- Along with the notice of acceptance, a registration link and the template for poster presentation will be sent to the submitting author.
- Only posters of registered participants will be exhibited in the exhibition area of the conference.
Prepare and submit the poster using the prepared template.
- Marketing promotion of any product or service is strictly not permitted.
Exhibit onsite
- The organizing committee will display the selected posters in the allocated station for each exhibitor.
- On the day of the conference, participants will be given time to network and visit the exhibit area. A maximum of two (2) presenters must be in the poster station to discuss/answer queries of the participants.
