Dr. Wani is a native of Kashmir, where he earned his medical degree from Government Medical College, Srinagar. He completed my anesthesiology residency from University of Louisville, and then Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship from Children’s Hospital of Michigan. He has served as Faculty in the Department of Anesthesia at University of Missouri, Ohio State University, and King Fahad Medical City, Riyadh, KSA, with over 20 years of experience in pediatric anesthesia and pediatric airway management.
His research interests are pediatric airway. He has worked over last several years defining the shape of the airway studying the pediatric airway in detail using various imaging modalities and has published the work in most reputed journals including pediatric pulmonology and pediatric anesthesia.
