Mr. Ayman Tardi is a Director of Nursing for patient management department at Al Wakra hospital for the last three years. He is responsible to manage the bed utilization and patients flow in Al Wakra hospital. Mr. Ayman has more than 23-year experience in nursing, mainly was in nursing education and management. Mr. Ayman had his bachelor degree in nursing sciences from University of Jordan in 1993, and his Master Degree in Nursing Education from University of Jordan in 1997.
