badge incorporates RFID technology that tracks the sessions you attend,
including your check-in and check-out times. RFID monitors are located
at the entrance and exit of the lecture hall, to keep an automatic
record of your attendance and how long you attended the session.
Delegates must attend a minimum of 75% of each session to qualify for CPD hours. A total of 12 CPD hours respectively can be earned at this event. These points are recognized within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
Once
you have completed all your registered sessions and are ready to
collect your certificate indicating the CPD hours, please go online to
print your certificate.
If you lose your badge or have any other questions regarding the symposium, please go to the registration desk for help.
- Please keep your unique Registration ID with you to access your certificate.
- You can get your certificate of attendance, through the website after a week from the conference closing day
- CPD credits are allocated based on attendance. Each name badge contains a unique barcode that will be scanned on entry to a session. The data collected will be used to calculate the number of CPD hours each delegate is eligible for.
- Delegates are eligible to claim only the CPD credits commensurate with the extent of their attendance at the conference (i.e. if you attend only half the time, you are eligible for only half the CPD credit hours).
- In order to receive their certificate, delegates must complete an online evaluation within 30 days of the conference.
- Continuing education credits will not be awarded for non-educational activities during the conference
