If, after making your appointment you find you are unable to keep it, you MUST let us know by calling the call centre on +974-4439 5777.
If we know you are unable to make your appointment we can rearrange your appointment for the next available time and give your previous time to someone else who needs to be seen urgently.
You can rearrange your appointment when we call you as a reminder.
Please note
You must have a referral in order to get an appointment with a specialist at the Outpatient Department.
You can only be seen by a doctor if you have an appointment – you will not be able to walk in and get an appointment.
Once you have an appointment, if you find yourself unable to keep it you MUST let us know.
