Dr. Mawahib Elhassan
Associate Consultant at the Heart Hospital
Dr. Mawahib Elhassan trained in Internal Medicine at the University of Khartoum, and achieved Certification from the Arab Board of Health Specialization in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases. She went on to complete an Acute Cardiac Care Fellowship at Zurich University Hospital in 2017. Currently she serves as an Associate Consultant at the Heart Hospital, Hamad Medical Corporation in Doha, Qatar and has recently been appointed Acting Director of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. She has a specific interest in Quality Improvement and serves as Physician Champion for several initiatives.
