Dr. Nabila Al-Meer

Dr. Nabila Al-Meer is a Qatari Nurse Executive highly regarded by all those who are privileged to work with her. She has a proven track record in managing a premier corporate nursing department and is well known in the region and internationally for her visionary leadership and outstanding management skills. Dr. Nabila is the first Qatari nurse to obtain Master degree in Nursing Administration and PhD in Nursing from United States. She is successful as a manager, loyal team member and mentor of nurses and non-nurses throughout Hamad Medical Corporation. As Executive Director of Nursing, Dr. Nabila manages multiple complex projects in a fast – paced environment. She is skilled in translating complex technical and organizational needs into practical projects with improved outcomes for patients.

Dr. Nabila plays significant organizational role through her membership of strategic corporate committees and her participation in the leadership of national programs related to health care services. She is s highly competent communicator totally dedicated to advancing the nursing profession in the State of Qatar, in GCC member countries and internationally.
