Dr. Khalid abdulnoor Saifaldeen
Director of the Hamad International Training Centre (HITC) at Hamad Medical Corporation and Chair of the Kulluna health and safety campaign
Dr Khalid Abdulnoor Saifeldeen is a Senior Consultant Emergency Medicine and the Director of Hamad International Training Centre (HITC) at Hamad Medical Corporation. Dr Saifeldeen completed his training in Emergency Medicine in UK and holds the Royal College of Emergency Medicine Fellowship in addition to the Fellowship in Accident and Emergency from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. He also holds Masters in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
Dr. Saifeldeen is a strong advocate for patient centered education and the linking of clinical governance with education governance. As the director of HITC he has led the establishment of a robust operational and educational governance framework. The framework has been instrumental in supporting capacity building of the necessary knowledge and skills in supporting various clinical, quality and patient safety related programs within the healthcare system in Qatar.
