Dr. Raed M. Al-Zoubi is a Senior Research Scientist at Hamad Medical Corporation and adjunct Professor at Qatar University, with previous roles at Jordan University of Science & Technology and the University of Waterloo. He has over 18 years in research and technology development across drug discovery, biomarkers, cancer biology, organic synthesis, modeling and analysis and population health. Dr. Al-Zoubi has led funded research programmes targeting CK2 and IDO inhibitors for triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), as well as PTP1B inhibitors for metabolic disorders, in addition to leading biomarker-driven clinical studies in surgery/urology and men’s health. He has published more than 110 articles, holds three patents (one commercialized in the US), and collaborates widely to advance healthcare solutions.
