Dr. Mohamad Alkadi is a nephrology and kidney transplant consultant at Hamad Medical Corporation and assistant professor of clinical medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine in Qatar. He received his medical degree (MD) from Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar in 2010. He then completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at George Washington University in Washington DC in 2013. He also completed fellowship training in both Nephrology and Transplantation Medicine at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Medicine in New York in 2016. He is American-board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He joined Nephrology Division in Qatar in 2016. Dr. Alkadi is currently the deputy chief of nephrology division and he is the principal investigator of multiple research grants. He is also the editor-in-chief of Qatar Medical Journal.
