Visa, Hotel and Travel Information
You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations and travel. Nationals of more than 80 countries are eligible for visa-free entry into the State of Qatar, Please visit
https://portal.moi.gov.qa/qatarvisas/ for your visa requirements.
We will provide you a ‘Letter of Recommendation’ for your visa application purpose, please contact the Course Coordinator for this letter. Free accommodation will be provided for the first 10 applicants from outside Qatar, please note that visa application & approval process will take at least 2-4 weeks.
Below the list of hotels which are close to our facility, if you would like to apply for Qatar Visa along with the hotel reservations kindly contact them directly, these hotels can provide you some special room rates as well;
Refund/Cancellation Policy for Courses
Please be informed that fees paid cannot be refunded. If you are unable to attend the course and have already registered, you may transfer the registration to another colleague who is willing to take the registration.
