Dear Colleagues,
It is my great pleasure to extend a warm welcome to you to the
8th Qatar Annual Radiology Review Course 2026 (8th Q-ARRC 2026). We are proud to present a comprehensive clinical imaging review program covering all major radiology subspecialties, including neuroimaging, body imaging, pediatric imaging, musculoskeletal imaging, vascular imaging, women’s imaging, molecular imaging, emergency and trauma imaging.
The course, to be held from
5 to 10 February 2026 at HMC Medical Education Center, will also feature dedicated exam-oriented sessions designed to support candidates preparing for the
Final Board examination (Qatari and Arab Board Exam).
The
Clinical Imaging Department and the
Medical Education Department at Hamad Medical Corporation have invited internationally renowned speakers and examiners, alongside esteemed local faculty from HMC, to share their expertise.
Our primary aim is to present and discuss the latest advances in clinical imaging, uphold the highest standards of resident training, and enhance success rates in board examinations. This event is open to all residents, fellows, and practicing radiologists, with special emphasis on senior HMC residents preparing for the Arab and Qatari Board exams.
The program will include:
Exam-oriented sessions, scheduled for 6 to 7 February 2026 including:
-
Film reporting sessions (long and short cases)
-
Oral (viva) examinations
Please note: Seats for these sessions are limited to maximum 20 radiology residents.
This initiative aligns with the mission and vision of the Clinical Imaging and Medical Education Departments at HMC - to promote excellence in patient care, advance clinical education, and foster innovation in healthcare delivery.
For our colleagues visiting from outside Qatar, we look forward to welcoming you to Doha. We strongly encourage senior residents to register for the exam sessions and we are confident that this course will provide valuable knowledge and skills. Should there be significant interest in online participation for the mock exams, we will explore the possibility of offering a virtual option.
We look forward to your active participation in making this event a success.
