Overall Activity Learning Outcomes of the 8th Qatar Annual Radiology Review Course 2026:

  1. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all core radiology subspecialties, including common board exam.
  2. Apply updated imaging protocols and interpretation techniques in clinical practice to improve diagnostic accuracy.
  3. Analyze and interpret complex imaging cases through film reporting sessions (long and short cases).
  4. Prepare effectively for board examinations by engaging in mock exams and viva sessions aligned with Qatari and Arab Board standards.
  5. Integrate evidence-based imaging practices to enhance patient care and clinical decision- making.
  6. Collaborate and exchange knowledge with international and local experts to foster continuous professional development.

Learning Objectives: Board Exam Orientation

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Understand the structure and format of the Board Radiology examinations, including oral ​(viva), and film reporting (long and short) components.
  2. Identify key competencies and domains assessed in the board exams, such as diagnostic accuracy, case interpretation, and clinical decision-making.
  3. Apply effective strategies for exam preparation, including time management, case prioritization, and structured reporting.
  4. Practice exam-style questions and cases to build confidence and familiarity with the assessment process.
  5. Analyze common pitfalls and errors in board exams and learn techniques to avoid them.
  6. Receive personalized feedback on performance during mock sessions to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Develop a study plan tailored to the requirements of the Qatari and Arab Board exams.
