​​ME Forum 2019 Registration

Thank you for your interest in the Middle East Forum on Quality and Patient Safety, 2019.

Registration is open to all clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals, allied health workers and medical students. The Forum will be held at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) in Doha, starting with pre conference sessions on Friday 22 March, followed by the full conference on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 March.

The registration fees are outlined in the table below. You can register and pay by credit card online through the conference registration website link or pay at the cash payment stations conveniently located around Hamad Medical Corporation.

The early bird registration discount is available until midnight on 31 January 2019.

Students / Trainees / Interns & Medical Residents:
Registrants in this category who attend the conference will be eligible to receive an attendance certificate.  CPD hours will not be awarded.

Poster Presenters:
Accepted poster submitters will be invited to register for this category. 

  • • Approved poster presenters are eligible for a special discount (for the primary author and up to 9 co-authors).
  • • Only approved posters will be eligible for the discount.
  • • You can submit your poster up to 31 January 2019 – once you have received your confirmation that your poster has been approved for the exhibition and competition, you will be able to register at the special rate using the email address we have on record for you.

Opening soon: An in-person registration desk will be located at Bayt Al Dhiyafah in Hamad Medical City. Open between 10am to 6pm, from Sunday 3rd March – Thursday 7th March. Cash or credit/debit card is accepted at this registration desk only.

Alternatively, visit one of the on-going registration desks at the below locations. Open from 7am – 2:30pm, Sunday to Thursday until the 21st March 2019. Cash payments only.
