Introduction:
This interactive, comprehensive, practice management workshop will give you a thorough up to date overview of treatment and management of challenges endocrine cases.
These interactive workshops of endocrine emergency, obesity and pituitary cases running parallel to each other in three different classes at the same time. Each session lasts for 60 minutes then the speakers changes their class.
Program:
Registration: 3.30pm to 4pm
- Endocrine emergency interactive session (60 min)
- Obesity interactive session (60 min)
- Pituitary interactive session (60 min)
- In between classes - 10 minutes break.
Learning objectives:
Upon concluding this workshop the participant will be able to:
- Understand to diagnose and manage endocrine emergency.
- Diagnose and manage important hypothalamic pituitary hormonal illness.
- Define, diagnose and proper obesity management
- To increase the awareness of Edmonton Obesity Staging System for better outcome in management and care of obese patients
