Community Medicine and Senior Medical Manager in in Hamad General Hospital
Dr. Noora Al Kaabi is a Community Medicine Specialist in Hamad General Hospital and Senior Medical Manager in HGH’s Medical Director Office. She graduated from Jordan University of Science and Technology, Human Medical College, as a BDMS in 2005. She finished her internship at HMC during the year 2005 to 2006 and completed the Arab Board in Community Medicine in 2014. During this time, she served as Associate Program Director of Community Medicine Residency Program at HMC in her position as a Hospital Research Officer, Admin Supervisor for the Medical Service and Medical Director Offices. She also participated by Chairing the Clinical Competency Committee of Community Medicine Training Program and Vice Chairing for the End of Life Care Committee.
Dr. Noor is an active member in the HGH research committee as clinical coordinator. In addition, she participates on the HGH Medical Ethics Committee, Program Evaluation Committee (PEC) of Community Medicine Training Program and HGH Resuscitation Committee. At the Ministry of Public Health’s National Public Health Strategy, she led the program entitled, Healthy Style and Smoking and also did work for the Hospice Center in Qatar on the healthy lifestyle program.
