Dr. Dave Lee, MBBS, MMed (Ortho), FRCS (Tr&Ortho), FAMS
Dr. Dave Lee practices at National University Hospital in Singapore. His appointment is Senior Consultant and Head, Division of Sports Medicine & Surgery in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery, National University Hospital.
Dr. Lee completed his Orthopedic specialist training in Singapore and underwent sports surgery fellowships in USA and Germany. He has a special interest in ligament, meniscus, cartilage and knee preservation surgery. Prior to his current appointment, he had worked for over 10 years in regional hospital with a busy trauma and sports injury practice.
He has published over 50 publications and book chapters. He serves as a reviewer for key sports journals; and is appointed on the Editorial Boards of the Arthroscopy Journal, the Video Journal of Sports Medicine and the Singapore Medical Journal.
Dr Lee represents Singapore in the council of the Asia Pacific Knee Arthroscopy Sports Society (APKASS) and the Asean Society Sports & Arthroscopy (ASSA). He regularly lectures at sports meetings and conducts cadaveric workshops to train regional surgeons in arthroscopic surgery.
