Vice Chairman, Department of Anesthesiology, ICU and Perioperative Medicine, HMCDr. Nick Scott is Deputy Chief of the Department of Anesthesiology, ICU and Perioperative Medicine at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC). He is a former Consultant Anesthetist at the Golden Jubilee National Hospital, Scotland. Dr. Scott’s main research interest is in pain management and regional anesthesia. He has published and lectured extensively on accelerated rehabilitation, enhanced recovery and outcomes after various surgical procedures. Dr. Scott is a Board Member of the European Society of Regional Anesthesia and immediate Past President of the Regional Anesthesia - United Kingdom (RAUK).
