Deputy Chairman, Quality, Department of Anesthesiology, ICU and Perioperative Medicine, HMCDr. Bill Andrews was born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Here, he completed his undergraduate training at the University of Western Ontario. His postgraduate medical training took place at New York University (Anesthesia) and the University of Western, Ontario (Critical Care Medicine). Bill completed his Master’s degree in Health Care Management in 2006, at The Harvard School of Public Health.
He and his wife Carmel have lived in the Middle East for 13 years, working in countries such as, Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi and now Doha. Bill is currently the Deputy Chairman of Quality for the Department of Anesthesiology, ICU and Perioperative Medicine at HMC.
