Holder of a Senior Health Technology in Emergency Medicine degree, Master of Research in Environmental Public Health, Master of Sciences in Data Analysis applied in Health Sciences, and Certificate of Studies in Biostatistics Applied in Health Sciences.
Now pursuing a PhD in Biology with a focus on Biostatistics and a PhD in Health Sciences with a focus on Disaster Management (CBRN).
Participated in many training with the World Health Organization, including Public-Health Pre-deployment and assessed as deployable for humanitarian field missions.
Experienced in disaster management, worked in the Strategic Health Operations Center in the Ministry of Health in Tunisia as Health Emergency Preparedness and Response Coordinator.
Have been working in Hamad Medical Corporation Ambulance Service since 2014 as a paramedic, now Acting Operations Officer for Quality improvement in the Group Quality Patient Safety and Risk Management.
Improvement Coach with HHQI. Led many improvement projects and training programs in disaster management and Quality Improvement.
Received the 3rd poster prize at the Annual Research Day in 2018 and the 1st poster prize at the Qatar Health conference in 2021, related to Quality Improvement.
Peer reviewer in the Disaster Medicine and Public Health Preparedness Journal and the Health Science Report Journal.
