A master’s degree holder and AACN-certified healthcare professional and improvement lead graduate that act as a quality improvement leader in the Medical Tower of HGH. As an improvement leader, he has strong expertise in data analysis and leading QI initiatives with the goal of improving joy at work, patient safety, and patient experience. One of his works includes the Kanban system implementation, Project Emery, What Matters to you campaign and his research on just culture which paved way to the first second-victim support program in HGH.
As a researcher, he has published several QI reports and research works on lean methods, humanizing patient care, patient flow and just culture. His popular works have included the campaign on humanizing patient care and staff experience and even presented to international virtual conferences about the well-liked modified system of Kanban. Presently, he is chosen a scholar for the Nursing Now Challenge of Sigma Theta Tau International.
