Mr. Mohamed Aloui

Mohamed Aloui joined HMC in 2015 as an ambulance paramedic until 2019, when he was promoted to senior supervisor at Hamad Medical Corporation Ambulance Service. His main responsibility is to monitor and positively affect the quality of service in his department as measured through existing and future performance indicators. He also coordinates with all ambulance service departments to ensure SAS resources are appropriately used according to demand. He monitors and supervises staff compliance with HMC AS and HMC corporate policies, procedures, and standards of care, including reporting all resource deficiencies identified. Over the years, his strengths at HMC AS have garnered some recognition for accomplishing several projects. He has a great reputation in his department because of his ability to put his team at ease and his creative problem-solving skills.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing science, a diploma in stoma therapy, and a master’s degree in health management from the Central University of Tunisia. He believes in continuous development and never quits attending courses.
