She is a Program Manager for National Value Improvement Collaborative (NVIC) and Faculty for HHQI Capacity and Capability building programs and also involved with many HHQI initiative programs at HMC and across the state of Qatar.
As a highly skilled and accomplished Quality Improvement Advisor and coach, she possesses a wide range of knowledge and experience in Quality Improvement and Patient safety. Her expertise lies in successfully driving and implementing Quality improvement programs/project and also building quality improvement capacity and capability across the organization.
She has more than 15 years of experience in Quality Improvement. She joined HMC 9 years back. Before that she worked as Quality Manager in a large tertiary hospital in India.
She has held consecutive positions in Quality Improvement and is playing a key role in leading and implementing quality improvement projects, thus working towards defined objectives of quality improvement and patient safety.
She presented Value Improvement work at various nation and international forums.
