Mr. Saleh Meqareh
Saleh AL Meqareh is the Assistant Executive Director of the ambulance service managing the Events and Emergency Planning team within HMC AS.
He is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the emergency medical services industry, with possessing two masters degrees in business and disaster management.
During this time, Saleh held several senior leadership positions, at the national ambulance services. Saleh’s hands-on experience and deep knowledge of the ambulance service industry have given him a unique insight into the critical nature of events and emergency planning and management.
As an A/Executive Director, Saleh has a proven track record of success in leading teams and implementing effective emergency management strategies. He is passionate about working collaboratively with other stakeholders in the industry to develop and implement practical, effective solutions to improve patient outcomes and enhance emergency services delivery in emergency and disaster management at both local and international events such as the FIFA World Cup 2022, Motor GP and Coved 19.
His approach to emergency planning and management is grounded in the principles of preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery, and his belief is that through proactive planning and continuous improvement, we can build resilient emergency services that can respond to any situation.
